MS-13 Gang Member Suspected Of Murdering His Girlfriend And Her Two Children In Virginia

A MS-13 gang member living in the U.S. illegally is suspected of murdering his girlfriend and her two children in Herndon, Virginia, according to a Thursday Fox 5 report.

Police encountered Jose Palacios, a 37-year-old man nicknamed “Little Crazy”, threatening to jump off the top of a parking garage, according to Fox 5. Palacios told police he killed his girlfriend, Claudia Menjivar, and her two children, after an argument over cheating, which led him to then commit suicide, according to Fox 5.

Feds charge 2 high-ranking members of Pagans motorcycle gang with assault against rival

Federal authorities continued their attack on the Pagans Motorcycle Club on Monday, charging two high-ranking members of the outlaw gang with assault for allegedly beating an associate of a rival gang three years ago.

Luis Arocho, 43, of Keansburg, and Maurice Guzman, 51, of Newark, will appear before U.S. Magistrate Judge Leda Dunn Wettre this afternoon to answer allegations that they attacked Jeffrey Shank for wearing a shirt that signaled an alliance with the Pagans' archnemesis, the Hells Angels.

At least 6 killings linked to sweeping Wilmington-area gang indictment that left 14 charged

Fourteen young men and teenagers were indicted Monday on more than 120 criminal charges, including murder, stemming from what court documents describe as their involvement in a Wilmington-area gang.

Members of the gang – identified by the Delaware Department of Justice as NorthPak – are charged with committing dozens of crimes between Nov. 11, 2018, and April 21 of this year, including the killings of at least six people: Stephan Price, Taron Whaley, Taquan Davis, Shareef Hamilton, Dakevis Reed and Ollier Henry (Henry's first name has been spelled Olleir by Wilmington police).

Maryland Most Wanted | Ramel Ferguson, accused of murdering fellow gang member

ALTIMORE (WBFF) -- A violent and dangerous gang member, accused of killing a friend in broad daylight, is the focus of this week's Maryland's Most Wanted.

According to the U.S. Marshals Service, 24 year-old Ramel Ferguson has been on the run since October of 2020 and should be considered armed and dangerous.

Ferguson is accused of gunning down a fellow member of his own gang, breaking a code that investigators say has put him on the run from not only police but also his former friends.

MS-13 Member Pleads Guilty To 2017 Massapequa Preserve Slaying

MASSAPEQUA, NY — A Hempstead member of the MS-13 gang pleaded guilty today for his part in the 2017 murder of Julio Cesar Espantzay-Gonzales in the Massapequa Park Presever.

Antonio Cullal, 26, pleaded guilty to second-degree murder and second-degree conspiracy. He is due back in court for sentencing on Aug. 10, and is expected to serve 20 years to life in prison.

"A 19-year old man was mercilessly hacked to death with a machete by Antonio Cullal and a group of other MS-13 gang members because of their belief this young man was the gang's enemy," Acting Nassau District Attorney Joyce Smith said. "They callously discarded Julio Cesar Espantzay-Gonzales' body under branches and leaves. I am thankful to our law enforcement partners for apprehending the people responsible for this senseless gang murder."

Two MS-13 Gang Members Sentenced To Life In Prison For Murder Of Daniel Cuellar

BALTIMORE COUNTY, Md. (WJZ) — Two reported members of the MS-13 gang were sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole in connection to the murder of 21-year-old Daniel Alvarado Cuellar on Tuesday.

Hugo Chavez, 33, and Jonathan Hernandez, 21, were both convicted for first-degree premeditated murder and conspiracy to commit first-degree murder.

Prosecutors: Bloods gang member used social media to lure women and girls into prostitution

An alleged Bloods gang member is accused of luring young girls and forcing them to work as prostitutes.

Prosecutors say Joshua Lampley-Reid, of West Hempstead, would use social media to find his victims, and violence to keep them under his control. He lured adult women and underage girls, they say, into a dangerous life of drugs and prostitution.

Beginning in December 2019, the now-26-year-old allegedly used social media and other apps to form relationships with women. He would force sex on them and forced them to sleep with others, according to officials.

Police: Suspected Baltimore Gang Leader Dead After Standoff

SANDY SPRINGS, Ga. (AP) — A suspected Baltimore gang leader died from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound after a standoff with law enforcement Tuesday afternoon in an Atlanta suburb, police said.

Shots were fired at U.S. marshals and police as they tried to arrest Gary Creek at a Sandy Springs apartment complex, U.S. Marshals Service spokesperson Frank Lempka told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Creek, 39, was tied to multiple murders in the Baltimore area and wanted on federal charges including racketeering. He was the alleged founder and leader of the Triple-C gang, authorities said.
