A 22-year-old man remains in jail on a $2 million bond following his arrest Thursday on suspicion of felony terrorism and second-degree stalking after police say he made a bomb threat in a residential area.

The threat was found to be a hoax after hours of investigation, according to the Nampa Police Department.

Nampa Police received the report of the bomb threat through a social media message at 4:14 p.m. Thursday in the 1700 block of South Juniper Street, according to a press release from the department. The person sending the message, later believed to be 22-year-old Grant Stevenson, messaged the department under the name "Tony Abdul," according to an affidavit of probable cause for Stevenson's arrest.
