Six years after being convicted in Britain on charges of inciting hatred, one of the most notorious accused terrorists is finally on the cusp of being extradited to the nation he hates most.  Hamza cuts a distinctive figure.  He lost one eye and a hand under cloudy circumstances in Afghanistan, and he uses a prosthetic hook.  Notoriously, while living in England, he hailed the 9/11 attack.
The U.S. wants Hamza on charges of aiding the taking of 16 hostages in Yemen in 1998, a crime in which three Brits and an Australian were killed.  And of participating in attacks on American embassies in East Africa.  And of trying to set up a terrorist training camp in Oregon in 2000 and 2001.  Before the British could send him and four other accused terrorists, including an aide to Osama bin Laden, across the pond, they secured review by the European Court of Human Rights.
